Research Associate II-III Oncology & Angiogenesis

Regeneron currently markets ARCALYST (rilonacept) Injection for subcutaneous use for the treatment of a rare, inherited, inflammatory condition. We are currently looking for a Research Associate in the Oncology and Angiogenesis group. This position requires experience in tumor models. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in utilizing various (xenograft and orthotopic) tumor mouse models (including tail vein injections, sc, ip, im injections, tumor cell implantation, monitoring of tumor bearing mice, minor surgeries and necropsy), tissue culture experience and testing of different drugs in tumor bearing animals. A high level of technical expertise, such as confocal microscopy, and expertise with in vivo imaging modalities, such as micro-ultrasound, are also advantageous. The candidate should also be able to independently plan and execute experiments and have excellent communication skills. The ability to work effectively with a diverse groups of people, ability to independently follow verbal and written instructions, good organizational and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills (Word and Excel) are a must.
