We are seeking a highly organized and motivated PhD scientist with significant protein chemistry experience to join the antibody development team within the Therapeutic Proteins department. The qualified candidate would be expected to take a leading role in antibody-specific technology development to support pre-clinical and clinical programs. The qualified candidate will be responsible for coordinating team efforts directed towards antibody screening and profiling, experimental design and execution of immuno-screening, organizing project data from the team, interpretation and communication of results, in addition to providing technical support to pre-clinical assay development.

 

A strong protein chemistry background and prior assay development experience are essential. Familiarity with techniques used in high- throughput screening and data analysis, specifically in the area of immuno-screening are strongly preferred. Candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, deadline driven project-oriented team environment is essential. Additionally,a background in Immunology and experience in antibody isolation is preferred. The ideal candidate should have PhD in Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry, Biology or Immunology, with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in an industrial setting required.
