We are looking for a research associate to join the Protein Expression Sciences team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining stable cell lines for production of therapeutic protein candidates. The successful candidate will have the experience maintaining and creating cell lines along with experience in cloning, cell transfection as well as protein characterization techniques such as Western blotting.
20% - Creation of stable cell lines
40% - Maintenance of stable cell lines
25% - Record data in notebook/database
15% - General molecular biology work

Technical Skills:
- Molecular biology, cell biology, mammalian tissue culture, transfection, Western blotting
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
