We are seeking a Ph.D. degree scientist with mass spectrometry background to join the Analytical Biochemistry Group at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc.
 
The candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment, interact with other groups within or outside department, support early research and discovery programs and bioprocess development. The candidate will focus on the biochemical characterization of therapeutic protein candidates in all stages of development through "top-down" and "bottom-up" approaches, and develop mass spectrometry based techniques for the structural elucidation of PTMs on the recombinant proteins.
 
Requirements:
The ideal candidate would have a Ph.D. in Analytical Biochemistry, or related discipline, and have 1-3 years of postdoctoral experience in the application of mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography on proteins. Experience with either glycomics or H/D exchange mass spectrometry to probe protein-protein interactions is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone with creativity, good communication skills and the willingness and ability to work as part of a larger multidisciplinary team of scientists.
