We are seeking a Process Development Engineer to work in the Purification area of the Pre-Clinical Manufacturing and Process Development Group. This person will be involved in the development of protein purification steps, scale-up from bench to pilot scale, and process transfer to Regeneron's Manufacturing Division. Additional responsibilities include preparations for and participation in viral clearance studies supporting the developed processes as well as purification of development and non-development candidate molecules to support reagent needs for Regeneron's basic research groups. It should be expected to travel up to 20% of the time.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in biochemistry and 0 - 5 years experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge and experience with bioseparations processes is preferred.
